CANOVER WATSON - Managing Director
Mr. Watson joined Admiral in 1997 when clients and assets under administration
totaled 20 and USD1 billion, respectively. Today, Admiral serves over 300 funds with assets under administration in excess of USD50 billion. Mr.
Watson obtained his CPA designation in 1993 after graduating from Stetson
University in Florida where he earned his Masters and B.B.A. in
Accounting. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Watson was employed by the accounting
firm of McGladrey & Pullen in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. He was
then employed as a senior accountant at British American Bank in Grand Cayman,
Cayman Islands. Mr. Watson serves on the Executive
Committee of the Cayman Islands Fund Administrators Association, Director on
the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange,
Member of the Cayman Islands Immigration Board, Member of the Cayman Islands Human
Rights Committee and recipient of the 2007 Young Caymanian Leadership Award.
NIC CORSETTI - Chief Operating Officer (Cayman)
Mr. Corsetti joined Admiral
in May 2008. Prior to Admiral, he spent 8 years at Unicredit Bank (formerly Bank
Austria) in the Cayman Islands working his way to Deputy Managing Director and the
Head of both the Treasury and Risk Management groups. Mr. Corsetti has over
10 years of experience in the hedge funds industry as a specialist in due diligence
and risk management, with a focus on performance attribution and valuation issues.
Prior to Unicredit, Mr. Corsetti spent four years at Deloitte in both the Detroit
and Grand Cayman offices. Mr. Corsetti became a CFA Charterholder in 2004
and obtained his CPA in 1997. Mr. Corsetti received both his Bachelors and
Masters degrees in Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1996.
DAVID WHELAN - Managing Director of Admiral Administration
(Ireland)
Before establishing the Admiral
office in Ireland, Mr. Whelan was employed with Admiral in Grand Cayman where he held the positions of Account Manager,
Team Manager and Group Manager during the period 2002 to 2007. Prior to
Mr. Whelan's tenure with Admiral he was an auditor with KPMG in Dublin, Ireland
and specialized in financial services engagements. Mr. Whelan was admitted as an
associate chartered accountant to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland
in 2002. He also attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from Dublin
Business School, Ireland in May of 1998.
TED JASINSKI - General Manager of Admiral Administration (US) LLC
Mr. Jasinski established
the Admiral US office in June of 2007. Prior to Admiral, he spent 12 years
at James River Capital Corp. and James River Financial Corp., where he managed the
domestic fund accounting and administration department. Prior to James River,
Mr. Jasinski was an Assistant Vice President at Kidder, Peabody & Co., where
he was responsible for the accounting and administration of the domestic limited
partnerships and offshore companies managed by Kidder’s Managed Futures division.
He has 19 years of experience in the hedge fund and alternative investment industry,
with concentrations in managed futures, fund of funds, and long/short equity products.
Mr. Jasinski received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Business
Economics from Cook College, Rutgers University in 1989.
